How it works

As search Agents or Property Finders we act for the buyer or tenant.

We support our clients through the entire process, the search, negotiation and right through the legal process to the move in day.

Kings Owen Financial are on hand to offer independent mortgage advice, general insurance products and help with the application process, selecting a solicitor and surveyor if required.

We help narrow down the search from, what in most cases, is a list of available property in areas or situations which prove to be unsuitable following inspection. Let us examine each opportunity, in discussion with you and create a short list. We book appointments and, if required, accompany you on the initial viewings.

We maintain good relationships with Estate Agents, surveyors, Solicitors and property developers to be able to offer homes at the earliest opportunity.

We can provide advice on schools, communications and facilities which may affect your decision process.
